Michal Carmel, Board Chairwoman - Chair of the Board. A social worker and child development specialist, currently serving as a senior advisor to Israel’s Ministry of Education and the Joint Early Childhood Policy Secretariat. With more than three decades of experience in community and public welfare, Michal brings deep professional insight and a lifelong dedication to supporting the growth and wellbeing of children, families, and communities across Israel.

Michal Shaked, Board Member - A senior HR consultant and mentor with over 30 years of experience in key leadership roles, including VP of Human Resources in global and technology companies. Today, she works independently as an executive coach and trainer, guiding leaders and HR professionals in their professional growth. A dedicated social activist, Michal is a co-founder of Kehilanu and an experienced volunteer and board member in organizations promoting social change, driven by her belief in the power of human connection to foster resilience and healing.

Sigal Paz, Board Member - Board Member. An insurance agent specializing in finance and investments, Sigal brings a broad strategic insight and extensive experience in financial and organizational management. For over 20 years, she has been a volunteer at the Tel Aviv Sexual Assault Crisis Center, where she served for many years as Board Chair and authorized signatory. Sigal also leads empowerment groups for young women at-risk and is deeply committed to social change, believing in the healing power of community, empathy, and giving.
